Climate Change and Global Warming effects each person on this planet, so I believe many people have taken a moment to reflect on this.  Every single day we create a conscious effort to produce decisions to plan our days, weeks, lives etc.  But carbon emissions are something that individuals all need certainly to seriously consider.  If most of us create a continuous effort to complete our part, then we will surely meet the 2^nd phase of the Kyoto Agreement by 2020.
